Lutheran Inter-City Network Coalition (LINC) is a coalition of Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod congregations and the Texas District to implement a strategic evangelism partnership to bring the Gospel to ethnic minorities in the Metroplex and to support urban ministry in existing congregations.
